El Jardín began as a dream of two brothers passionate about healthy and organic peruvian food. After traveling and experimenting with different styles of cooking, they decided to open El Jardin in the beautiful city of Cusco.

On December 29, 2022, we opened our doors in the historic Plaza de Armas and have been serving delicious vegan and vegetarian food ever since.

Our Team

Our team is led by the owners and founders, who have more than 15 years of experience in the food industry. Our executive chef, Fred, has worked in some of the best restaurants in the city and has a great passion for vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Our team is comprised of passionate and dedicated individuals who work together to provide the best possible dining experience for our customers.

Our Philosophy

At El Jardín, our philosophy is simple: offer delicious and healthy food to our customers. We believe that eating well is essential to our health and well-being, and we want to help our customers feel good while enjoying our food. My sister and I went here twice because we loved the food so much. It is typical Peruvian food with a modern twist. The tastes are just amazing! It’s Gastronomic food with reasonable prices. Also our waitress named Ciel was super friendly and smiley, and helped us choose the best dishes! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back here when in Cusco!

Tiene excelente ubicación en plaza de armas los platos son totalmente ricos súper orgánicos muy buena las recomendaciones. Recomiendo este restaurante no se van arrepentir… desde que entras es súper atractivo todo… muy contento del servicio..
